How We Do It
We are a team of Employee Benefits Professional with diverse knowledge and qualifications. Our daily commitment is to provide our clients with superior guidance, compliance, and administrative advice, as well as outstanding products with proven results. We offer personal assistance in plan design, communications, enrollment, and administrative support. We strive to do this at or about our clients expectations in a cost efficient manner.
In today's complex business environment, quality client service becomes the one thing which the successful individual or company requires above all else. We take consumer service personally. We are committed to providing potentially superior results in both our products and services on a continuing basis. Above all, we treat our customers with integrity and respect.
We conduct group meetings and encourage employee spouses to attend. The more your work force knows up front, the less time everyone will spend on non-productive issues going forward. We include customized schedule of benefits sheets with names and numbers of contact people.
We provide customized Acknowledgement forms spelling out all the responsibilities employees have to provide you with timely information in order to administer the plan. Thus, if an employee or dependent "falls through the cracks" of coverage, you are protected.
Our Administrative Assistant in the group department is available on demand during regular business hours. In addition, you will receive contacts throughout the year on a proactive basis. These consist of service contacts and a call sixty days before your renewal date to obtain updated information required for us to quote the market. For retirement plans, we will contact you before enrollment periods to prepare kits and illustrations.

Mike Menning | Principal
Mike has been assisting individuals and businesses with their insurance needs since 1990. Mike's planning process incorporates the client's total financial picture to help meet their short, intermediate and long term goals.
Mike has lived in central Ohio since the early 1970's. His current securities registrations include the Series 6, 7, 24 and 63 along with his Life, Accident and Health License. He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College.
Mike resides in Dublin with his wife, Lauren and their 2 children- Mandy and Logan. Mike also serves on the board of the Lindy Infante Foundation. In his free time he enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family.
Adam Snyder | Vice President
Adam is an Ohio licensed group benefits manager having worked with some of the best companies in Ohio. He’s been at it for over 20 years so he knows group benefits and he also knows what it means to keep your employees healthy and happy. He knows what it takes to get you the best deal possible with the best employee benefits possible.
He lives in Bexley, OH with his family. They are everything to him and making sure they have the right healthcare was and always will be his top priority. He’ll do the same for you. When you’re a client of his, he treats your benefits experience just like he does for many of his friends and his own family.

Mike has been in the Medical insurance industry since 1972, after serving three years in teh US Army. He worked seven years for The Ohio State Life Insurance Company and six years for Alexander & Alexander before establishing his own insrance agency in 1985.
In July 2009, Mike merged his agency with Mid Ohio Benefits Group. Mike’s experience includes time spent as a manager in Group Administration, Claims, Underwrting, and sales. Since 2014, he has focused hist efforts on helping individuals with the new Marketplace Medical Plans, as well as continuing to write small group medial plans.
Mike’s passion is his interest in horses. He currently owner two Arabians and has obtained his Level Two Certification in Parelli Natural Horsemanship Program.
